The OUC provides legal advice and represents The University in its legal matters. Our client is The University of New Mexico, not any individual employee, department or college of UNM.
Our responsibility is to provide our best independent legal advice in the interest of UNM. When appropriate, we engage outside counsel to provide additional expertise and representation.
